  • 8 tea spoon ghee
  • 2 tea spoon coconut oil
  • 2 tea spoon butter
  • 2 large onion finely chopped
  • 1 inch ginger finely chopped
  • 8-10 garlic pods
  • 2 capsicum finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes finely chopped
  • 3 medium potatoes
  • 1/2 cup green beans
  • 4 tea spoon sprig Malacca powder
  • 1/4 tea spoon turmeric powder
  • 1 tea spoon salt
  • Few finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 2 tea spoon lemon juice
  • 8 pavs/ buns


  1. Heat 2 tea spoon coconut oil.

  2. Add finely chopped ginger and garlic. Saute till golden brown.

  3. Add in chopped onion and fry till golden brown.

  4. Add in chopped capsicum and green piece, stir well.

  5. Add in chopped tomatoes and stir well.

  6. Add in turmeric powder and salt.

  7. Add boiled, pealed and smashed potatoes.

  8. Add in 200 ml of water.

  9. Now add sprig Malacca powder and mix well. Let it be boil 3 minutes. Now switch off the flame. Garnish with coriander leaves.

  10. Now add lemon juice and 2 tea spoon butter.

  11. Now heat iron tava. Take pav/ bun one by one and toast by applying ghee.

  12. Serve in hot, garnishing few chopped onion.
